We take pride in our fleet. That is why we make sure that our buses are clean and maintained to the highest standards. We do this to prepare our drivers for a successful departure from our terminals and maintain quality expectations for our customers. This is completed through the following:

    • Regular interior and deep exterior cleaning – to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Scheduled preventative maintenance intervals – that exceed manufacturer recommendations
    • Annual required DOT inspections – completed at top industry ratings
    • Company-operated body shop – exterior finishes are shinned and maintained
    • Vehicles are stored inside of our heated terminals – to prevent maintenance issues

Our buses’ appearance and maintenance are a direct reflection of our company, and we want to prove our dedication to the highest quality standards in our industry.

Over 300 Buses

Since 1952 the Schmitty and Sons fleet has expanded from one bus to over 300 buses today, including school buses, mid-coaches, and motorcoaches.

Since 2016 the Schmitty and Sons has been an employee-owned enterprise, which means everyone has a real incentive to make the business a success.
