Transit Services

Schmitty & Sons has extensive experience as a contractor for public and private transit services. We can assist with route planning, scheduling, and road supervision. We have an excellent safety rating and a long-standing reputation in the Midwest as a premium transit operator.

School Route Planning

Our company was founded 70 years ago as one school bus operation. We have been fortunate to have grown with our communities over the years, with continued dedication to the communities, districts, and schools we serve. Event Transportation Service

We have been fortunate to partner with many large events in the Twin Cities and around the country. Some of these Nationally recognized events include the PGA Ryder Cup, NFL Super Bowl, Red Bull Crashed Ice, and the Red Bull FlugTag. However, we have also supported our local city and county events and customer’s special events like weddings, company parties, and convention groups.
